Player Owned
Characters who wish to open their own business must redeem a business license using their monthly bonus. Then, fill out the form at the bottom of the page to have your characters business added.



Auxiliary Owned
Auxliliary-NPCs may be used to create business locations that exist in other canons, but would not be created by any characters currently in the game. There is no need for a business license. Simply submit your auxiliary-npc, and then fill out the form below. Click here for more information on auxiliary characters and how to submit them.

Blurb: Chocobo Ranch™ is first and foremost a chocobo farm, where chocobos are housed, bred and raised into adulthood. The ranch also provides training for the chocobos so they can become top tier racing chocobos! Around Chocobo Ranch™ is Chocobo Raceway™, which is still under construction, but the track will surround the farm and be used to eventually race chocobos competitively. After all, Chocobo Racing is the national sport of Lucis. Once there are enough chocobos on the ranch, the people of Nippon will be able to purchase their own chocobos and house them at the Chocobo Ranch™ (for a small fee).
